During that same incident he trespassed at a location he had been told not to return to. Due to a medical issue, he was not arrested at that time. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/13/2020 (09:33 PM) LOCATION: 1800 Block Douglas, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 200166 PERSON(S): (S) Goodman, Devin Ian (20) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle, Theft II, Criminal Mischief II, Providing False Information to Police VEHICLE(S): Silver Mitsubishi Lancer (OR 560LQD) DETAIL(S): Goodman was identified as a suspect in this case after he was seen on video entering a vehicle and allegedly stealing property from inside on 1/11/20. Goodman also caused significant damage to the steering column in an apparent attempt to steal the car. He was contacted during a traffic stop on this day and arrested. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
