The City of Roseburg Public Works Department is making safety improvements to the traffic signals located at the intersection of NW Stewart Parkway and NW Edenbower Blvd. Starting at 7pm on January 22nd till 7am on January 23rd, this intersection will be controlled by flaggers while the improvements are being made. All drivers are strongly encouraged to practice caution and obey flagger commands during this time.
