Huntley was arrested for driving with a misdemeanor suspended license and Benefiel was arrested on two warrants. Zeliff proceeded to drive west through the intersection but failed to make sure it was completely safe to do so. Meanwhile, Crittenden was traveling south on Dogwood through the intersection at the same time. Zeliff didn't see Crittenden and crashed into the driver side of her vehicle. Zeliff's vehicle was drivable but had damage to the front hood and bumper. Crittenden's vehicle had severe damage to the driver side and was not drivable and was towed by Roseburg Towing. This was the fourth time Calvert had been called in that day for acting aggressively toward others, but only the second time he was actually contacted by officers. He displayed signs of impairment, and was arrested for DUII. During his arrest he was found to possess a small amount of Methamphetamine.
