PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/28/2020 (03:00 AM) LOCATION: Diamond Lake / Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 200896 PERSON(S): (S) Silva, Justin Harrison (22) Grants Pass, (V) Mathers, Raebeka Lauren (25) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Silva – DUII Alcohol, Recklessly Endangering Another Person VEHICLE(S): 2005 Red Nissan Sentra, No plates, towed due to damage DETAIL(S): Silva was drinking at a bar with and they left to get Jack in the Box and were driving back to Douglas Avenue. Silva tried to turn from Stephens onto Diamond Lake and failed to complete the turn. He crashed into a traffic light pole and knocked it over, severely damaging his car. Neither Silva or Mathers were injured in the collision. Silva exhibited signs of alcohol impairment, and was arrested on the listed charges. Silva’s vehicle was towed by Roseburg towing. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/28/2020 (06:15 AM) LOCATION: 1100 Block Pine, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 200898 PERSON(S): (S) Johnson, Tyson Macinnes (34) Roseburg(V) Dresser, April Lizzette (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Johnson – Harassment X 2, Disorderly Conduct II, Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Johnson allegedly used Methamphetamine for the last couple days. He was having a disturbance with his girlfriend and physically harassed her. She climbed out of a window to get away from him. The police arrived and ordered Johnson to come out of the house, he instead ran out of the house and tried to flee up the alley. Officers caught him in the alley and tried to detain him, and he shoved them. He then kicked them and continued trying to fight. After a continued struggle, he was detained and charged with the listed crimes. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Reed's vehicle drove up an embankment and rolled onto its top before coming to rest upside down in the middle of Winchester. Reed was uninjured, but his vehicle was totaled. There was no other public/private property damage. Reed’s vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Citation.
