Arts then walked out of the store without paying which caused the alarm to sound. Arts was stopped by a customer and he later fled the area. Vallier pulled out of the south entrance to the gas station and did not see Cobb traveling in the roadway. Vallier intended on making a left turn onto NE Stephens.Vallier's passenger front bumper area collided with the passenger rear side bumper of Cobb's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minimal damage and did not need tows. Both parties were properly belted in and neither were injured. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
