Spectrum Will Be Second Tenant At Hanna Heritage Place

Spectrum Internet will be the second tenant going into the Hanna Heritage Place off NW Mulholland Drive between Elmer’s Restaurant and the Hampton Inn & Suites. The Hanna Family Inc. who is developing the Hanna Heritage Place is currently building a multi-use building with three tenant spaces. Five Guys Burgers & Fries was the first tenant announced that will be going into the building. “The construction should be done in September, and then the tenants can do their part,” President of Hanna Family Inc. Polly Johnson said. “The building will be done to the point that the tenants can do what they want with the space, the tenant improvements.” Their third tenant space is 1,375 square feet and that space is still available. Guion Randol Contracting is the General Contractor and Cradar is doing the site work. The site work includes a U-Shape drive that will access this pad as well as all future pads south of the Hampton Inn & Suites. The Hanna Heritage Place has ground leases and build to suit opportunities available within the retail center. Once the first building is complete, then the plan is to move on to the next building with space for a total of four buildings. “Our plan it to keep rolling, once this one is done we'll go onto the next one,” Johnson said. “Until the retail center is filled.” All spaces have great I-5 exposure and easy access off of Mulholland Drive.
