PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/07/2020 (04:30 PM) LOCATION: 400 Block Mosher, Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 201889, 201906 PERSON(S): (S) Kaisershot, Nickolas (25) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary II, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Trespass I, Resisting Arrest, Escape III, Parole Violation VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Kaisershot was developed as a suspect in a burglary from Bob’s Deli the previous day, and he was observed running through the train yard on Mosher. An Officer attempted to detain him and he took off running. He fought with the Officer on Sheridan before running back towards Mosher where he was finally taken into custody for the above charges. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/08/2020 (01:10 AM) LOCATION: Douglas / Pine, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 201909 PERSON(S): (S) Harris, Ashley Lynn (24) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol, Breath Test Refusal VEHICLE(S): 648DYW- silver 2003 Volvo V70 DETAIL(S): Harris was called in as driving recklessly earlier in the shift. An Officer located her and completed a traffic stop. She displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and was arrested for DUII Alcohol. She then refused to provide a breath sample and was charged with that offense. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/08/2020 (06:30 AM) LOCATION: 2125 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine CASE #: 201911 PERSON(S): (S) Smith, Michael Adam (36) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Smith at Walmart, where he was reported to be acting suspicious. During a search, he was found to possess a small amount of Methamphetamine. DISPO: Cited and Released.
