Two witnesses reported the incident. Warnicke was located a short distance away and arrested without incident and the firearm was recovered. Warnicke did not fire the gun at anyone, and it is unknown why he fired it, but he was displaying signs of narcotics intoxication. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/28/2020 (05:21 PM) LOCATION: 1300 Block NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 194351 PERSON(S): (S) Carpenter, Angela Sue (35) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear VEHICLE(S): Blue 2014 Mazda 6 (OR 091JZF) DETAIL(S): Carpenter was contacted during a traffic stop in the area, and she was arrested on the listed warrant. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/29/2020 (01:30 AM) LOCATION: 2700 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Mercy Medical Center) INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 202298 PERSON(S): (S) McGowen, Travis Dakota (21) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct IICriminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted McGowan regarding a disturbance at Mercy. When officers arrived, they noticed McGowan was being held down by two security guards near the entrance.
