New Ice Cream Truck Delivering Cold Treats to Roseburg Area

Holbox Ice Cream starting serving customers over the Fourth of July weekend in their shiny orange ice cream truck. Their first weekend was a success as they sold out the entire truck in the Green area. Holbox Ice Cream is run by Brenda Rivera who wanted to bring something different to the area in regards to product and presentation. Rivera plans on branching out into the Roseburg area in the days and weeks ahead. “I’m doing something tropical. I’m Mexican so I wanted to introduce Mexican snacks and treats.” Rivera said. Rivera is operating the ice cream truck Tuesday thru Sunday from about 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. She serves ice cream novelties, candy, chips and drinks. “With the LED lights and lights on the bottom of the truck, it’s not your typical white ice cream truck,” Rivera said. “I’m just trying to bring something fun and different to the area.
