Basgall hit Sprague's car causing a large chip in her paint and scratches on the rear driver side bumper. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. During the disturbance Anna allegedly shoved and punched Jessyka. DISPO: Cited and Released. When she left she stole a teenage resident’s bicycle. She was contacted by Winston PD later and the bike was recovered and returned to the owner. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/08/2020 (08:20 PM) LOCATION: Diamond Lake / Fulton, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct II CASE #: 202973 PERSON(S): (S) Birdsell, Steven B (55) Transient CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the area of Diamond Lake and Fulton for a report of a male pointing a handgun at the Dollar General. Officers located Birdsell who advised he had a Co2 powered pellet gun and that it was not in his possession. Birdsell became uncooperative during the contact but the officers were able to divert his attention long enough to locate the firearm on the bench, and it was confirmed to be a pellet gun.
