Feldsher allegedly took several power tools that did not belong to her, and pawned them at Associated Buyers. DISPO: Cited and Released. When Harding was confronted by law enforcement he became irate and wanted to fight officers. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/17/2020 (11:35 AM) LOCATION: 700 Block SE Jackson, Roseburg INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 204499 PERSON(S): (S) Woods, Christopher Alexander (31) Roseburg, (V) Johnson, Davida Rose (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Woods – Menacing, Disorderly Conduct II, Criminal Mischief I, Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer responded to an apartment in the area for a disturbance that was reportedly physical. While trying to figure out what happened Woods became irate. While interviewing Johnson outside, Woods grabbed a knife from inside the apartment and asked officers to shoot him. He eventually threw the knife down and was arrested without further incident. Woods allegedly menaced Johnson by following her around with the knife while she was on the phone with dispatch. He also pushed her, causing some slight pain to her leg. Once placed in the back of the patrol vehicle he kicked the door so hard he bent the entire door. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/18/2020 (10:09 AM) LOCATION: 1000 Block Fullerton, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 24514 PERSON(S): (S) Guenther, Jerry Joe (29) Roseburg., (V) Murphy, Jessica Tiffany (30) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Guenther – Strangulation, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Guenther was observed restraining Murphy by pulling her arms behind her along the sidewalk near their residence. Several neighbors called in and confronted Guenther, so he let go. Officers spoke with Murphy who disclosed Guenther choked her in front of her son inside the residence, so she was trying to leave. Murphy also stated Guenther put her in a headlock causing her to not be able to breathe. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Oilar was identified as a suspect based on his clothing. He had some of the stolen belongings with him and other property was located nearby. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/18/2020 (05:23 PM) LOCATION: 900 Block Rifle Range, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 204521 PERSON(S): (S) Hooker, Jason (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol VEHICLE(S): OR/#032FUM 2008 Red Ford Taurus-X DETAIL(S): Hooker allegedly drove from his house to his aunt's house and crashed into a pile of rocks in the driveway. Bay Cities Ambulance and Roseburg Fire Department responded, but he was uninjured. Hooker displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and he was arrested for DUII Alcohol. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/19/2020 (12:30 AM) LOCATION: 600 Block Chadwick, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: PERSON(S): (S) Baldwin, James (72) Roseburg, (V) Scott, Brandon (40) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Baldwin – Harassment, Criminal Mischief III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Baldwin was upset with Scott over numerous different issues. Baldwin allegedly confronted Scott, who was sleeping in his tent on the porch, and ended up punching Scott in the face causing a small contusion.
