Lybarger stopped for a pedestrian in the crosswalk and Hendrix rear ended her. The damage was very minor and both vehicles were able to drive away. There were no reported injuries. He was found to have two felony warrants out for his arrest. When Officers attempted to take him into custody, he resisted arrest. After a brief struggle, he was arrested without further incident. Exceen displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and he was arrested for DUII. He later refused to provide a breath sample, and was charged with that offense. DISPO: Cited and Released. During the argument, Ariel allegedly broke out a window of the residence. DISPO: Cited and Released. Officers contacted Germond and he was uncooperative and refused to leave the hospital on his own. Germond was removed from the hospital and transported off of Mercy property. Officers contacted the male, Lovett-Shields, and detained him without incident. Welsh had been contacted earlier in the day regarding being trespassed from the location and was given multiple hours to pack up and leave. She abandoned the property behind the Fire Department and allegedly slapped the loss prevention officer as she walked past them. DISPO: Cited and Released.
