It was determined Alexis allegedly pulled Kaitlin to the ground by her hair and hit her in the head multiple times. Kaitlin sustained minor injuries and refused any medical treatment. Alexis was contacted later and charged with the listed crime. DISPO: Cited and Released., , , , , , , PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 12/01/2020 (11:09 AM) LOCATION: 1200 Block Pine, Roseburg INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 205156 PERSON(S): (S) Morgan, Sean Matthew (20) Roseburg, (V) Valdiva, Cristina (21) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Morgan – Menacing, Harassment, Unlawful Use of Mace VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Morgan and Valdiva (boyfriend/girlfriend) got into a disturbance at their residence. During the disturbance Morgan allegedly struck Valdiva twice with a wine bottle, struck her with a door (as it swung closed), sprayed her with mace, and threatened her with some large garden shears. Morgan was arrested without incident and Valdiva refused any medical attention. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 12/01/2020 (11:40 AM) LOCATION: 929 Garden Valley, Roseburg (Fred Meyer) INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 205155 PERSON(S): (S) Thompson, Stephen James (44) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft IIICriminal Trespass IFelon in Possession of Firearm VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Thompson regarding a theft from Fred Meyer. Thompson has also been previously trespassed from Fred Meyer property. During the contact Thompson removed a firearm from under his jacket and tried to dispose of it. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 12/01/2020 (01:28 PM) LOCATION: 1400 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 205158 PERSON(S): (D1) Mack, Sandra Lynn (66) Roseburg, (D2) Tesdahl, Gary Allen (80) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Mack: Failure to Yield Before Entering Highway VEHICLE(S): Mack: OR WC45661 2020 White Ford Explorer, Tesdahl: OR WC45661 2016 Maroon Dodge Caravan DETAIL(S): Tesdahl was traveling west on Garden Valley in the inside lane. Mack pulled out of the entrance to Bi-Mart with the intent of crossing Garden Valley into the mall entrance.It is unknown if Mack had a medical issue or did not see Tesdahl, because Mack had no recollection of the crash. Mack ran into the driver's side of Tesdahl's van, causing significant damage to both vehicles. Tesdahl had to be extricated from his vehicle by Roseburg Fire Department personnel, and was transported to Mercy via ambulance for side pain. Mack was also transported to Mercy via ambulance for observation. Tesdahl's vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing, and Mack's vehicle was towed by Kokua Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 12/01/2020 (02:37 PM) LOCATION: 100 Block Pomona, Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 205162 PERSON(S): (S) Louche, Michael Raymond (48) Roseburg, (V) Savas Construction / Bunnell's Overhead Door CHARGE(S): Louche – Theft I X 2, Burglary II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Louche allegedly entered a building under construction and stole two garage doors from inside. He was identified by officers as the suspect from surveillance video. He was contacted and arrested and the property was recovered and returned to the victims. DISPO: Cited and Released.
