Christopher was traveling westbound on NE Stewart Parkway and was continuing straight at the intersection. Kassandra made her turn in front of Christopher and did not have time to stop before they collided head-on. DISPO: Christopher was transported to MMC by ambulance with a shoulder injury. Kassandra was cited for the listed violation. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. While officer was completing a citation for Payton, his father Kristopher showed up. Payton interacted with his father the entire time the officer completed the traffic crash, in direct violation of a valid restraining order in which Payton is the Respondent and his father is the Petitioner. Officer arrived on scene to find no one injured but a fire hydrant was broken out of the ground.Stacey reported that his foot got stuck on the accelerator for a moment when he was backing up and he was unable to stop due to his broken brakes. Brad was contacted outside of the residence where he entered the house by removing a screen and moving Vicky's speaker out of his way. DISPO: Brad was arrested and lodged at DCC. He was in possession of a violation amount of methamphetamine and possibly psilocybin. His vehicle was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Case is still under investigation. Officer located Jordan Allen matching the description given by employees in the area and detained him. Officer located the merchandise in Jordan's pockets and he admitted to not paying for the items. DISPO: Jordan was cited and released. The merchandise was returned to the store. Christopher's was found to be concealing several daggers on his person. His probation officer issued a detainer for his arrest for the concealed daggers. After the owner of the vehicle confronted Michelle and got her out of his vehicle, she tried to get into another vehicle in the parking lot, which was occupied. They hurriedly got into the vehicle when they realized I was parked behind them. Officer contacted Samantha and ran her through dispatch. She had the above listed warrant.
