(Aviva Health) Aviva Health is holding a COVID-19 mass-vaccination event for Glide citizens and people in neighboring areas ages 18 and older, Monday, April 12, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (closed for lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.), at the Glide Community Center.

Event organizers plan to vaccinate as many as 300 area residents, regardless of whether they are currently Aviva Health patients. To register, please call (541) 672-9596 to schedule an appointment for the vaccine. Walk-ins are also welcome!
