Volunteers Help Plant Flowers at the Umpqua Valley Arts Center in Roseburg

We got a lot more flowers in the ground over at the Arts Center in Roseburg this morning! The Roseburg Parks Dept and community volunteers have been putting a lot of time towards preparing the area for the Summer Arts Festival that takes place in about three weeks! It's looking beautiful over there! Big thank you to Tracy Pope for getting all the flowers and helping pull this off, as well as Keith McDonald and Abraham for helping get everything planted this morning!
