Diamond Lake Begins Freezing Over

Diamond Lake has begun freezing over for the winter. There is now a thin layer of ice and snow on the north end of the lake. However the south end of the lake has not frozen over yet completely. The ice is still very thin and not safe for people to go out on it yet. More snow and and cold temperatures are on the way for the Diamond Lake Thursday through Sunday according to the National Weather Service.
