Our Chinese Xiang Cuisine food truck serves at TwoShy Brewing in on Mondays in Roseburg and at LookingGlass Brewery on Wednesdays in Winston. In addition to Chow Mein Noodle dishes and Fried Rice dishes, we have Pot Stickers, Gong Bao Chicken and MaPo Tofu. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options are available. Protein options include: beef, pork, chicken, tofu and our new shrimp option for noodle and fried rice dishes. Note: the shrimp will come un-dressed ;-)
