(Roseburg, OR) - CHI Mercy Health's Hospice team is hosting two public events to learn more about Advance Care Planning. Event Details: Monday, July 8 from 9 am to 11 am at The Landing, 2490 NW Edenbower Blvd in Roseburg Tuesday, July 9 from 10 am to 12:00pm at Aviva's campus, 150 NE Kenneth Ford Dr in Roseburg Both sessions are open to the public and will feature Dr. Eriko Onishi from Oregon Health and Science University, Department of Family Medicine.
