Richard Reeves to Discuss the Crises of Boys & Men at UCC Event

Umpqua Community College is hosting a free community event on Thursday, Sept 19th, featuring Richard Reeves, the acclaimed author of Of Boys and Men. Reeves will delve into the pressing issue of the growing disengagement of boys and men from family, education, and community life. As the founding President of the American Institute for Boys and Men, Reeves will present data and research on the struggles faced by modern males in America and discuss early policy ideas to address these challenges. This event aims to raise awareness about the critical issues impacting the wellbeing of boys and men today.
