Bateman's vehicle rolled multiple times and landed on the side, and Bateman was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Garcia stopped due to heavy traffic at the intersection of Winchester and Stephens, but Watkins did not notice Garcia had stopped and ran into the back of her vehicle. She attempted to return to her lane of travel after seeing Ferguson traveling westbound, and instead crashed head on into Ferguson's car. Lang knew he was trespassed and refused to leave, continuing to cause a scene in front of the people in the sitting area. VEHICLE(S): 1984 Toyota, Oregon 165AGB, 2D. DETAIL(S): Officers noticed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed without the headlights on. Officers eventually caught up to the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the listed area. The driver, Skinner, showed signs of impairment, and he was arrested for DUII. DISPO: Cited and Released.
