Stewart Park Natural Area All Cleaned Up for the New Year

We had one last cleanup this morning at the Duck Pond and Natural Area in Stewart Park before the New Year. We filled up several garbage bags of trash and litter that we deposited in the park dumpster afterwards. Former Roseburg resident Thys Kuitert joined us this morning which was a lot of fun. It's great to have those who grew up in the area be able to come back and help the community out. Kuitert now resides in Sisters Oregon with his wife and their children.
