Construction Continues on Local Business Projects

Here is a little update on building projects around Roseburg. In-n-Out The building at 2844 NW Aviation Dr. has progressed, but In-n-Out does not have an opening date yet Chief Operating Officer Denny Warnick said in an email. When the restaurant opens, it will employ approximately 50 people. “Our work continues to progress at our Roseburg location, however, it’s still too early to predict an opening date,” Warnick said. “We usually begin accepting applications four to six weeks before a new location is set to open. Roseburg is a wonderful community and we look forward to becoming part of it soon!” Gas Station The Space Age gas station at 3150 NW Aviation Dr. next to Lowe’s and Super 8 is opening soon. They just got their sign and confirmed the three tenants; Space Age Fuel, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, and U.S. Market. A representative of the project said it will open in a few weeks. They have already started hiring and are still looking for at least four more employees. https://www.usmarketstores.com/careers Ground breaking on Diamond Lake Boulevard Professional and office space buildings are going in at 1929 Diamond Lake Boulevard. One of the principals on the project, Guy Kennerly said he’s had the property for a few years and it was time to make it into something. He said it will look more like the building style from Sunriver, near Bend. There will be three buildings, maybe four, but he cannot announce any tenants yet. The first building should be completed by the end of the year.
